Fall 2025 BioMed Journal Club Best Presentation Awards

We are delighted to announce the recipients of the Fall 2025 BioMed Journal Club Best Presentation Awards!

Launched in Spring 2023, the BioMed Journal Club has now completed six successful seasons. This fall, 12 students, including two undergraduates, delivered presentations on cutting-edge biomedical research papers.

The Journal Club provides a platform for students across the College of Engineering to deepen their critical reading skills, strengthen scientific communication, and broaden their exposure to diverse biomedical research areas. The program also fosters new opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and sparks fresh research ideas among faculty.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all participating students and faculty. Special thanks to Dr. Changzhi Li, the Edward E. Whitacre, Jr. College of Engineering, and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas Tech University for their continued support.
